Dear Scabby This is a tattoo question. I already have one on my lower back and i was thinking of getting another one on my ring finger. I ‘ve been told by the tattoo parlor that this isn’t a “steady” spot to do it,meaning that i will have to go over and re-do it more than once(free of charge) in order for it to stay. Is this true?
